I understand life happens so if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do it as far in advance as possible. I allow an 8-minute grace period and charge a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file for any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you no-show your appointment, the card on file will be charged the full-service amount. Please understand this is my livelihood and my time is as valuable as yours! A credit/debit card is required to book your appointment. I do not require a deposit, this card is only used in case of a no-show! All cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Any cancelations within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. If you no-show your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the service total. If your card is declined, you will no longer be able to book with me until all fees owed are paid in full!
